Data storage
We would like to point out that the following data is stored by the web shop operator for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing:

Erasure of data
The data we process will be erased or its processing restricted in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the GDPR.

Unless expressly stated in this privacy policy, the data we have saved will be erased as soon as it is no longer required and does not need to be retained in accordance with the statutory retention obligation. If the data is not erased due to it being required for other purposes which are permitted by law, its processing will be restricted.

Security measures

Storage of access data and log files
Our web space provider will collect data on each access to the server on which the service is hosted (referred to as server log files) based on our legitimate interests as defined by point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, including:

IP address, directory protection user, date, time, pages viewed, logs, status code, volume of data, referrer URL, user agent, host name accessed.

The IP addresses are stored anonymously By removing the last three digits.

Log file information shall be kept for a maximum of seven days for security reasons (e.g. investigation of acts of misuse or fraud) and shall be erased afterwards.

Social media
We maintain an online presence in social networks and platforms on the basis of our legitimate interests as defined by in point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR in order to be able to communicate with customers, interested parties and users who are active there, and to be able to inform them about our services.
Regarding the use of these platforms, the relevant operator’s terms and conditions, as well as their data processing regulations, apply.

We use Google Analytics to show ads which are provided by Google web services and their partners only to those users who have shown interest in our online services or have certain characteristics which we communicate to Google. With the help of remarketing audiences, we would also like to ensure that our ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not constitute an annoyance.

Google Analytics
Based on our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, improvement and commercial operation of our website in accordance with point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR), we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service by Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information which is generated by the cookie on the usage of the online services by users is generally transferred to Google servers in the USA where it is saved.

We have entered into a corresponding agreement with Google regarding the commissioned data processing. The relationship with Google is based on an adequacy decision passed by the European Commission (“Privacy Shield”).

On behalf of the provider of this website, Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about the website activity and to provide further services which are connected to the use of this website and of the Internet for its operator. Google may create pseudonymous user profiles from the processed data.

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymised (by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that it is only possible to know the approximate location.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there.

Google Adwords conversion tracking
We use the “Google AdWords” online advertising programme and conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords.

In the case of Google AdWords, each AdWords customer receives a different “conversion cookie”. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information which was obtained with the help of the cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers. AdWords customers receive information on the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were referred to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any personal data.

With remarketing, targeted and personalised ads are placed for users who have already visited our website in the past or were interested in our shop.

We use means of communication, such as post, telephone or email, for business and marketing purposes. In doing so, we process inventory data, address and contact data as well as contract data from customers, interested parties and communication partners.

The processing is based on point (a) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, Article 7 of the GDPR and point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR in conjunction with legal requirements for promotional communications.
Contact is only made with the consent of the contact partners or within the scope of legal permissions and the processed data is erased as soon as it is no longer required and otherwise in the case of objection/withdrawal or lapse of justifications or legal archiving obligations.
