APPLE

Most cider vinegar is made from apple juice concentrate. Pelzmann’s cider vinegar is manufactured from natural, unprocessed juice extracted from apples pressed on site. The cider vinegar made from this natural juice is carefully stored and bottled in unfiltered (cloudy) form. This preserves all the natural substances and flavours in the vinegar.

Since it is not possible to produce additional natural apple juice during the year, Pelzmann’s Styrian cider vinegar from natural apple juice is only available in limited amounts. 

Its delicate tart to fruity flavour adds a subtle touch to salads and dressings, cold meats and sausage recipes.

PERRY

Pelzmann’s naturally cloudy perry vinegar is manufactured by natural fermentation of the unfiltered (natural) juice extracted from pears pressed on site. Bottling the naturally cloudy juice as well as careful storage ensure the preservation of all the natural substances and flavours that give our perry vinegar its mild taste and subtle acidity.

As it is not possible to produce additional natural juice during the year, Pelzmann’s naturally cloudy perry vinegar is only available in limited amounts.

Try Pelzmann’s naturally cloudy perry vinegar together with Pelzmann’s walnut oil or Pelzmann’s pumpkin seed oil for dressings or marinades, with lettuce, vegetable salads or crudités. Pelzmann’s naturally cloudy perry vinegar adds a pleasant fruity flavour to vegetables, poultry and game, or desserts.

BALSAMIC

For our Styrian apple balsamic vinegar we use apples exclusively from Styria. They provide our vinegar with an incomparable fruity and sweet flavour.

RED WINE

Pelzmann red wine vinegar is made of natural red wine produced by Styrian wine makers.

As the unprocessed red wine cannot be reproduced over the year, availability of Pelzmann Styrian red wine vinegar is limited.
