Our vinegars are manufactured from natural, unprocessed juice which is pressed on site. The vinegar resulting from this natural juice is carefully stored and bottled in unfiltered form.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Pelzmann apple cider vinegar is made from untreated juice (natural juice) pressed from fruits in-house, carefully aged, and bottled in its naturally cloudy state. This process preserves all the natural nutrients and flavors.

Since the natural juice cannot be produced throughout the year, Pelzmann Styrian apple cider vinegar from natural juice is always available only in limited quantities.

For our Styrian Apple Balsamic Vinegar, we use only apples from Styria. They give our vinegar an incomparably fruity-sweet flavor.

The high content of unsaturated fatty acids makes this exotic oil particularly valuable for a healthy diet. It pairs well with fish, poultry, and vegetables, and is excellent for wok cooking.
